Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actor who entered the spotlight after her performance in the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. Army Wives TV series guest-starred in ABC's George Lopez enacted a recurring part on Sabrina: The Teenage Witch toured nationally in Neil Simon's female version in The Odd Couple and starred on stage alongside Hal Linden and separately with Larry Hagman in Love Letters that toured large cities across The United States. Barbara appeared on stage in Kansas City Missouri at The New Theatre in 2012. The show Social Security was on for a month on stage in Jacksonville Florida.
